This form is reserved for individual Users, potential buyers of real estate. Use of this service for commercial purposes is prohibited. Its use by real estate agencies is furthermore specifically prohibited and Partenaire Européen reserves the right to refuse any registration that does not comply with these present conditions.

• I declare to be an individual genuinely looking for a property. I would like to register at no charge with the Partenaire Européen buyer service, directly between individuals.
• My contact information will be included in the Partenaire Européen database to enable a property search that matches the criteria provided in my attached application. The confidentiality of this information will be strictly complied with: Partenaire Européen will not provide my name or my coordinates to any seller.
• I will receive, free of charge and on a regular basis, approximately every two weeks (by mail) or as frequently as I like (by electronic mail), my selection of properties listed for sale with no sales commission*.
• Partenaire Européen reserves the right to refuse any search request that does not comply with the conditions of supply and demand that govern the real estate market.
• In exchange, I agree to immediately notify the services of Partenaire Européen the moment my search request is satisfied or requires modification.

* To the extent that there are in fact properties that match my search criteria.
