The lead surveyThe lead survey is mandatory for all buildings built before 1st January The Statement of Natural and Technological Risks (ERNT) The ERNT survey is mandatory since 1st June 2006. Termite survey The termite survey is mandatory according to the geographic area The Carrez measurement act The Carrez Act survey is mandatory for all condominium or co-owned real estate sales since December 1996 The asbestos survey The asbestos survey is mandatory for all properties built before 1st July 1997 The electrical wiring survey The survey will cover all private and visible electrical wiring The technical survey record The technical survey record contains the mandatory surveys required for a rental agreement or real estate sale |
