I’m sorry to have to inform you that despite my commitment to buy your property situated (specify the address), I was unable to obtain the amount of credit required for the purchase.
Please find here enclosed, the document from the bank notifying me of the refusal. In accordance with the Consumer Code, could you please return the indemnification for immobilisation deposit I paid you, that is € (specify the sum).
