  • These terms and conditions are agreed between “Le Partenaire Européen” SAS with capital of €38,417.15, commercial registration number RCS Montpellier B 384 194 668 whose headquarters are located at 26 Rue de Montels Eglise, 34000 MONTPELLIER, publisher of the “” and “” websites and the User of the “” and “” websites (hereafter referred to as “the parties”).

Details relating to the use of the “Write to the vendor” form

Personal information:


  • In accordance with article 32 of the 1978 “data protection and civil liberties” law, the user is informed that the personal information (identity, telephone, email address) that he/she gives to Le Partenaire Européen, via the “write to the vendor” form is automatically processed by Le Partenaire Européen.
  • The purpose of this processing is to forward the message sent by the User of the said form to the vendor.


If the User does not fill in the form’s required fields, his/her message cannot be forwarded. When the User fills in the form incorrectly, the personal data provided remain stored on Le Partenaire Européen’s database.


  • If the vendor has provided Le Partenaire Européen with a personal email address, the message sent by the User will be automatically forwarded to the vendor.


In this case, Le Partenaire Européen does not carry out any checks.


  • However, if the vendor has not provided Le Partenaire Européen with an email address, this message will be addressed to Le Partenaire Européen, who will then contact the vendor, to inform him/her of the content of the user’s message.
  • The User therefore authorises Le Partenaire Européen to read the messages sent via this form.


The User’s responsibility:


  • This form is meant for users who wish to obtain more information about the vendor’s property.
  • The User undertakes to ensure any information he/she supplies is accurate and not to misappropriate the purpose or use of the form placed at his/her disposal.


This form is reserved for private Users, potential buyers of a property. Any use of the form for commercial purposes is prohibited. Its use by estate agencies in particular is strictly prohibited.


  • Messages whose content does not correspond to the purpose of the form, whose content is dubious, inappropriate, illicit, disparaging to Le Partenaire Européen or the Vendor are prohibited
  • Le Partenaire Européen reserves the right to not forward, or to delete any message which contravene these terms and conditions, and the right to take legal proceedings against the sender of the message.
  • In the event of any proceedings taken by the vendor against Le Partenaire Européen, the User indemnifies Le Partenaire Européen against any action or conviction. Le Partenaire Européen can therefore serve the User with a third-party notice or exert any action against the User in order to be indemnified against the action of the Vendor.


 Intellectual Property:

All site content (text, graphics, software, photographs, images, videos, sound, plans, names, brands, abbreviations, logos, creations, and other protected works, databases, registered or not) and the site itself are protected under French and international copyright and intellectual property legislation.

This site is the property of Partenaire Européen. All components of this site are the property of and are used by Partenaire Européen with the consent of copyright holders.

In compliance with the Intellectual Property Code, it is prohibited to use, reproduce, represent, adapt, translate, copy, or distribute any component of the site’s content or the site itself, whether in whole or in part, regardless of the medium (electronic, paper, or any other medium), without the express prior consent of Partenaire Européen.

Any use not specifically authorised is considered a breach of copyright and constitutes an infringement. It can also be considered a violation of personal rights and any other rights and regulations in force. It can consequently engage the civil and/or criminal liability of the author. Partenaire Européen reserves the right to engage legal proceedings against any individual who does not comply with this prohibition.

Database Rights:

Partenaire Européen cannot be held responsible for:

  • damage of any kind, whether direct or indirect, resulting from the content, access, or use of the site (or sites to which it is linked) including, in particular, but not limited to, any business interruption, financial or commercial loss, programme and/or data loss, any deterioration of or virus that might infect computer equipment or any other material belonging to the user of the site
  • technical or other problems making access to the site (or sites to which it is linked) difficult, unsystematic, or even impossible, regardless of their cause or origin
  • the content of information provided on the site, interpretation of that information, and generally any errors or omissions the site might contain, though Partenaire Européen makes every effort to ensure the information it provides is accurate and up to date

In case of abnormal or illicit use of, the user of the site is solely responsible for all damage caused to any third party, including to APPEL IMMO, and for the consequences and legal actions that could arise from such damage.

The user of the site also waives any claims against Partenaire Européen in the case of legal action instituted by a third party against him/her as a result of the use and/or the illicit operation of the site.
